Butternut Squash

Totally my favorite "fall" veggie. I love when it's raining and grey outside (today....) and I can curl up with a nice hot bowl of butternut squash risotto. YUM! Not only is it delicious, but it's such a beautiful color, too. I wanted to share these lovely things with you that are not only butternut squash colored, but are so totally fall!
