Chunky cables. Can't get enough!
It's been a few weeks since I've been able to really sit down and work on my sweater for the Summer Sweater KAL. Even with some delays in knitting, I'm still nearing the end of the front of the body. This chunky yarn seems to just knit itself!
I decided to add 5 inches in length to the body, which unfortunately means I will run out of yarn. Fortunately, one of our local yarn stores here in Asheville runs a Groupon a couple of times a year, and I was able to grab one ($15 for $30 of yarn!). It happened to be the same store where I purchased the other skeins of yarn I'm using for this sweater, but they were out of the color I needed when I went a couple of weeks ago. They were nice enough to order some for me, so for now I'm plugging away until I run out.
