ReplyDeleteI used this one (http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2009/09/roasted-beet-tofu-burgers.html), but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor, and they didn't stay together very well. My all time favorite beet burger recipe is this one (http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-best-ever-veggie-burger-96967), and I'll definitely be using that one with my next beet harvest!
