I'm not sure if it's because it's the middle of winter, or what, but I'm finding myself drawn to super bright colors lately. I'm finding them cheery and warm, and they're really making me happy!

It all started when I received this yummy goodness in the mail last week.
I won a blog giveaway! And this delicious prize has gotten me in the mood for color. I opened up my stash and pulled out some bright orange yarn, Mountain Mohair by Green Mountain Spinnery, and cast on something to help cure my winter blues.
I hoping to finish up in the next few days so I can have something cheery to wear this weekend - especially since it's supposed to snow! Hope you're all staying warm and if you're snowed in, taking advantage of some knitting time!
Ooh, fun colors! I've been gravitating towards bright colors this winter, too, which is unusual for me. But it makes the day seem more optimistic and fun!
